At Can Munnar, we make foie gras and other duck meat products. We comply with all current health and safety regulations, and control the whole process from beginning to end. The slaughter and butchery units are located in our own premises.
All our products are made at Can Munnar, following traditional recipes for mi cuit foie and natural bodega foie, as well as duck ham, confit legs and wings, and duck charcuterie.
Our products are prepared using artisan methods, without preservatives or additives, and are gluten-free.

You can buy our products in our online shop. We provide service to any place in Spain (except the Canary Islands) in refrigerated transport.
